Tower options

The Cyclone 2kW wind turbine can be installed on a sectional 8 meter free standing tower or a 9 meter guyed tower. The guyed tower is designed for 'tilt up' installation with a hinged base plate. Free standing towers require a small crane for installation.

Inverter options

Most propriety 48v/220v inverters are compatible with this wind turbine. Please contact us for recommendations dependant on your specific usage requirements.

Wind turbine Performance

The average annual power output of this wind turbine is 3995kWh assuming an average wind speed of 5.5m/s. This wind turbine is ideal for battery charging applications and is supplied with a battery charge controller, it is not recommended for grid connection. Cyclone wind turbines are guaranteed for 2 years.
